Sudden Pain and Sudden Rain

Today I woke up at 7:49 am; late because I forgot to set my alarm clock last night. Making up for this absence of waking music, I go to the extra effort of leaning over to turn on the iPod dock which starts blaring out ‘The Music of the Night’ from The Phantom of the Opera. The volume was only on 13 yet, as you might know, after an extended period of silence (e.g. sleep), any noise seems to be unbearably loud. That being said, I love that opera (and that movie): its darkness, story and yeah, the music. Beautiful. A great way to kick off my day.

I arrived at school and had to run my way to shelter with my folder shielding my straightened fringe from the rain. Geez its tough being an asian with curly hair who wishes he had straight hair isn’t it? Mmmm, I’m sure you all know the exact feeling. There’s no need to delve into the details of each subject of the day is there? It’ll bore you and even me. Highlights would be Gochisou-deshita’s return, playing piano during a free period and talking about movies in maths (avoiding logs and exponentials).

Ah, I almost forgot to explain the title of this post. Sudden rain, self explanatory. It was a meanie. Coming, then leaving, then going “Nah! I tricked you!” and striking in full force at inconvenient times (leaving school for example). Pain hit me today in the form of a continued migraine from yesterday…and just like the rain, it kept disappearing and returning at random. It seems to be getting a lot better now, or maybe its just the therapeutic benefits of listening to folk metal. Coincidence? I think not.

One last thing, I realised that on my mummy’s computer, my portal’s top banner image is glitching/looping like a bitch. Anyone have similar problems? Otherwise I won’t bother fixing it until I get a complaint.

Entry over.
